When you connect the TMRO LLC services to your YouTube channel, TMRO LLC will poll the YouTube api for a live video on that YouTube channel. Once a live video is found it will start polling the YouTube API Services for the messages on that live video resource. It will collect and cache these messages to show on the TMRO services and for search functionality to perform. Once a stream goes offline the cache of messages on that live stream resource is removed across all of TMRO sevices. How ever, due to the nature of TMRO LLC's website and services. These message including the username and profile image may be rendered into the broadcast that is being sent to the YouTube platform of the live stream marked for integration with the TMRO LLC Website
TMRO LLC must store some information in both memory and long term storage for the services to perform its abilities. The data collected and stored on long term storage is the channel id and last live-stream video id. Everything else including but not limited to message ids,usernames,profile image URL and the message content it self is stored in a in-memory cache for each live-stream event, if an event lasts longer than 30 days, the messages and related data will be cleared from the in-memory cache, these messages can be retrieved from the YouTube API by selecting "retrieve older messages" within the filter.
